I went back to bed, and awoke again at 1000. The Cawffee is still good and hot. Moose and Victoria are enroute to the Park for a walk. The rain is spotty until Wed., then all day. I am watching one of my favorite War movies, "The Guns of Navarone" on the Dish and having another cup of Cawffee.

Had a great day for the first shoot of the year, cold to start, had to scrape frost off the windshield, but it warmed up enough to make the wool uniform a bit uncomfortable by the last stage. Time now to put away stuff and do some outdoor stuff in the yard.

I finished off the left over Fritos pie for lunch. The Roast and veggies are doing well, smells wonderful. It should be ready for early supper tonight. English peas for a green veggie to go with the roast.

I am awake for the 0330 plumbing check. The Roast was good last night. We should have enough for Supper tonight. There was a little dab of Cawffee left from last night, I zapped it in the microwave and drank it. The pot has been set to start at 0500, for a new pot and a new day. Moose starts back to school after Spring break. This year has gone by fast.

Had a 4 wing Dinner from Bojangles with sides of Mac  & cheese & cole slaw for dinner
and have a RB sammach for lunch today , no clue for tonight's repast

I went back to bed and slept till 0900. I had an apple bran muffin for breakfast, and another cup of Cawffee. Cheese, Crackers, and potted Meat for lunch. Roast and Veggies for Supper.

Potato salad goes with almost everything, especially Beef or Pork.

this killer potatoe salad , with real bacon crumbles, comes from the fresh produce place in Melbourne
"SHE" was over there yesterday and got some stuff and some potatoe salad too 

Tak'n' a PTO Wed. and running down to Vero Beach  , I bought a 32/20 Cal. Lever Gun and will be go'n' after it  in a F2F.

Moose makes a mean hot German Potato salad as well as classic mayo and mustard potato salad.

I am reheating the Roast on the stove, it should not take too long. She brought home some more English peas to go with the Roast.

The leftover Roast was even better tonight. Moose baked some apples for dessert. Today is our 41st Wedding Anniversary. My, How time flies when you are having fine. I am taking her to Outback on Wed. Night to celebrate.

Got asked a while back if I had a good recipe for tator salad, well I've been asked to make it now and then, been told it was good, but I doubt it, can't stand the stuff, but being the nice person I am I wrote it up anyway.


Potatoe Salad.

Use some cold boil't taters chopped up, add what ever you think would be good to that and then take some mayo and add what you think would be good with mayo over cold, chopped boiled taters and what ever else you added to them. Mix well in a bowl, cover and take to a picnic and let cook in the sun for several hours. There, now you have a recipe for tater salad.

Thinks that covers it as well as any of those Food Channel people would.

"let cook in the sun for several hours"  seems a bit punitive to your allies, but I run across a few Liberals, it'd do well to spoon feed
