Thanks Rowdy! If I am understanding it correctly in my state all cartridge calibers, Black powder or smokeless, MUST have an expanding soft or hollowpoint bullet for deer hunting.

  Only actual loose powder muzzle loaders can use solid led projectiles, and must be minimum 40 caliber.
