Mornin'.

Somewhere between thirty 'n forty with clouds 'n an obnoxious breeze. No snow.

Never know. Old age is gettin' all of us I suspect.

Go sit watch for awhile 'n try'n catch shift change. Be a lot more convenient with a freakin' web cam. Ain't got one. What I got is stuff ta do I'm neglectin'. I'll blame the irresponsibility on my advanced years.

Arcey, It bees that way sometimes. I have a pot on the fire for later. Moose has a staff meeting this morning, so she has to be there at 0700. I am glad that we have 3 bathrooms. I stay away from hers in the mornings. The weather folks say that we have one more day of warm weather, then it is back to 30s for the rest of the week.

My desktop ate a mouthful of malware Sunday night and could not even get to the desktop.  Took it in for decontamination, so I'm pirating my wife's laptop.   I've been using McAfee as that was what we had installed at Nevada Bell before I retired from IT there, but it doesn't seem to be as comprehensive as it used to be.  Slim, what are you using as virus detection software?  Been out of the loop for almost ten years now.
Most consumer grade anti-virus/malware software does not keep everything at bay. On Windows 7 personal computers, I recommend Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. They are both free.

'Tis 23 and overcast. Got 2" of white last evening. "Blustery. Mostly cloudy. Scattered flurries. A chance of freezing drizzle in the morning. Some blowing and drifting snow in the afternoon. Highs around 30. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon."

I am on my 3rd cup of Cawffee, no clue for breakfast, lunch, or supper today. The sun is up and the temp is coming up as well.

Sunshine and cool this morning, 29right now. Feeling a bit more alive this morning, guess the antibiotics must be doing something(besides giving me a belly ache, side effect #2 on the list)

I had to get out and get birthday cards and valentine cards this morning. Tomorrow is Moose's birthday and Saturday is Valentine's Day. I stopped by the convincence store for items and then home. It is gonna be a nice, sunny day.

I had Cheese and Crackers, Apple slices, and Peanut Butter for lunch. No clue for supper tonight. Maybe Moose will bring home something, the pantry is running low. We had a nice day today. The weather folks said we were in for a 20 per cent chance that did not get here. More rain forecast for tomorrow.

Hey.

Got my stuff done. Both trips to the nest short. Got there later'n I wanted but it seemed they waited on me ta get on with the shift change. Ain't thinkin' she's got the hang of it yet. Second trip he flew in with a carpet delivery just after I got the station wagon parked - no shots. Weren't gone much more'n a half hour either time.

Fat lady's results came in. Arthritis gottin' worse. Good ta know the arteries are clear tho.

Done spaghetti different. Did sausage/tomato sauce in the l'il black one. Cut the pasta boilin' short two minutes, drained it 'n dumped it in the pot. Stirred it in good then let it run 'nother half hour. Turned out fine but I think I can get it better.

The coffee mug murderer made the local news down here, Buck. Sad tale. Freakin' POS.

'Bout lights out time.

We are having the last of the Roast, with carrots, corn, and a baked potato tonight for supper. Tomorrow is the Mooses birthday and Saturday is Valentines. I plan on taking her to Outback for a good steak, a baked potato, and a lettuce wedge salad with bleu cheese. Maybe a slice of cheesecake for dessert.

I'm here, cold outside, somewhere below freezing but warmer than Slim.   ;D

First cup on, day off, gonna write and finish tearing apart studying a picture.

Some yuppie would most likely call it food nerd stuff.

Anyway did a better look at a Butcher picture, 1886 Custer County Fair, Lee Park is about 2 miles from Jerry's place.

Turns out the Delano Bros were Flemish, ancestors came to Plymouth and were Flemish, related to FDR on his mommy's side and what was most interesting was between the two they had a nursery and sold seeds and plants.   Very interesting display, no surprises as to what they had, but nice to confirm I'm right on what folks grew.
