Quick & easy , Show site project took just 1 hour and gone... planned to do breakfast justice, I had thought I Hop or Village Inn
but the line was out the door ... church crowd ....

So I'll do lunch from the concrete pantry...clam chowder & Grilled Salmon for tonight (if they have some ) and samich for lunch....

Congrats on the nice weather, M2. We are gearing up for the ice storm to get here tonight and last through Mon. Or Tues. I slept in till 0930 and it felt good. Moose offered to cook breakfast, Pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon.

The breakfast was great, not hungry for lunch yet. The rain started at 0900, I guess the bad stuff is enroute. We have enough Meat loaf and Mashed Potatoes for supper, but Moose has something else in store for supper tonight.

Over the past three days to a week, this is the coldest weather we have had here in Florida going back to the late 1970's.
I live on the east coast and that means the ocean helps keep things a bit more moderate than one may find in the lower area of the interior of the State.
Moisture can still be rather high in the winter months when it is usually quite low, and that makes the cold (as we think of it) even harder too deal with.

The rain is still coming down hard, if the temps get low enough to freeze hard, the ice will make the streets and roads really slick. I do not plan on being in the mix for the next few days.

Victoria is good to sleep. She likes to sleep back to back with me at night. Moose is fixing Beef Stew in the Dutch oven for supper tonight. Good smells coming from the kitchen.

I had a grilled cheese sandwich and some tomato soup for a late lunch. It really hit the spot. The Beef stew should ready in about an hour. The big Red crock pot is doing it's thing. It looks like Moose may be home tomorrow, and maybe Tuesday. I totally disconnected from NASCAR today. They had a 3 day Rodeo from Fort Worth and I watched that. They are having the Big Rodeo at JerryWorld next weekend. Stay away from Arlington next weekend. We have plenty of food for next week. I hoping that we don't lose power, we still power poles and transformers, not the newer underground utilities.

I wanted to disconnect, I tuned in and saw the 25 or so laps anyway .... the Kid did good...

Concrete pantry had no Clam Chowder at the sour bar , so "SHE" got a package brand ... it was crap !
The Salmon was good though ....

Come up inta the fifties. Nice, nothin' fallin' from the sky. Back ta just reasonable tomorrow.

Egg(s) still covered. Didn't see a shift change.

Cleared the ice box of left overs. Get a clean start tomorrow. Gotta buncha chicken stuff ta do. A roast. Gonna do the white chili chicken thing one day comin'. Think of sumthin' else later.

Stuff ta do in the mornin'. Need ta recharge my batteries.

The Big Red one did real good with the Beef stew. It was mighty tasty. It is official, no school for Moose tomorrow. Her and Victoria will sleep in tomorrow morning. I'm planning on oatmeal in the morning and a fire in the fireplace. This place will be a skating rink for the next 2-3 days.

Warmed up to vengeance, AC cut on last night ...I woke in sweat about an hour ago, not sick, just hot , can get back after the obligatory plumbing check  ....
I have the Coffee on , but I may pass this morning 

Suits are in today, from Atlanta & Houston to view a prototype 20' X 30'  trade show display , I've designed and set up .... if they like it, I'll start production for 23 more.

Ain't exactly gonna be a tropical paradise here in Tidewater South Hampton Roads Coastal Virginia the lower right hand corner of the once great commonwealth.

Gotta see my dope dealer. Check the nests, shouldn't take long on one of 'em, 'n get ta loadin' OFSDAR stuff. Don't know that I'm gonna shoot any of it but for the possibility I wanna be ready.

Thanks for the Cawffee this morning. Winter has finally arrived here in the Metroplex. We have a light covering of snow in the backyard. The patio is iced over. I made a pot of Cawffee for drinking in addition to the pot that M2 made. The oatmeal will be warming. The Girls are sleeping in. The sun is coming up, I will be able to survey the condition of the patio and backyard when the sun is up. I have not heard any vehicles sliding around the curve in front of our house.
