Had last night off from cooking.  Tonight is grilled steak, baked tater and vegies.  66 and high thin overcast today.

Valentine's day will be grilled lobster and shrimp.

Wednesday's chicken turned out great.

For hallmark profit day, fat lady's gift ta me will be her takin' an o'ernighter to KG. My gift ta me's gonna be hot Italian sausage with cabbage 'n taters slowly boilt in beer. 

Try'n hit the rack a l'il earlier tanight. Wanna get ta the nest real early in the mornin'. Last time I said that I didn't make it. Might not tomorrow. No tellin'.....

The Cawffee is good this morning. I had a sausage/pancake on a stick for breakfast with an orange juice chaser. I have a serious case of post-nasal drip. I am on my third cup, trying to wake up. It feels like a two pot morning. It is overcast and about 40 outside. Moose is planning on taking Victoria to the park this morning and tomorrow morning. She loved the cool weather, her coat is so thick that the cool temps don't bother her. The heat really gets her in the summer.

Thanks for the coffee! Need it today, we are clearing the last of my daughter's stuff out of storage. Next weekend her Ex will get his stuff and it will be over except for the final in September. He made his first child support payment last week, I just hope it continues.

I got up, and did the chores , so "SHE " could sleep in...on  Hallmark Profit Day
I offered and made Pancakes ....but "SHE" decided I needed to be educated on the correct pan  so "SHE" got up anyway ....  the pan cakes turned out just fine, thank very much, and I knew what pan I wanted too !

Made her 3 @ about 5" and had the pan just right , no burnt offerings ...
and then mine, so I had the hind tit of the lot of varying diameters,  last one is always the smallest anyway.

Plans ? ...I make them up today as I go .... figure to go see the FFL and hang out then something lunch wise

I think we will have our Valentines celebration at home instead of going out. I plan on us going to Outback on Wednesday for steaks, baked potatoes, and lettuce wedge salads.

Haven't seen the Land of Promise eagle lately.

If yer thinkin' NC I don't doubt it. The boy's out yer way one day 'n watchin' 'em shoot in West Point the next. Thinkin' he ain't n'er gonna be the sort ta take root. Now that 'is transmitter's quit, we ain't gonna know 'til someone gets a clean shot of the left leg band or finds the band stuck to a dead bird. More likely yer seein' another bird, or birds, 'n just ain't been at the right place at the right time.

Was in the mid twenties with a breeze ta match at day break. Birds left the egg(s) uncovered for right at a half hour. Startin' ta think they may not know what they're supposed ta be doin'. Reckon we'll find out 'fore long.

Got my feedin' times adjusted for a 2000 hours did-din. See what kinda WWE shenanigans NASCAR has planned in the exhibition thingy it Daytona. Daniker's gonna win!

In between gotta lot ta do. 283 pics ta go o'er already 'n the observation time ain't over for the day 'n I ain't been ta the GC to check on HK 'n 'is 'sister' since last Sunday. Guess I'll hit the off site o'er that way - subject to change.

Been out twice already today, salted the first time. Then took the middle Grand Daughter home and got caught in a white out. Went back out about a half hour after we got in and plowed this time. Probably have close to 5" of the evil white stuff this time. While plowing we found a new section of raised concrete, really rattled our teeth on that one. Popped the cap on my travel mug and got the boss wet with hot coffee

Guesser's are saying WC's could get as low as -25 tonight, do have a stiff breeze going now for that matter. More snow due in about 45 minutes.

Have some hog chunks in BBQ sauce in the oven, been slow cooking them all afternoon. Do some box smashed taters and some brussel sprouts, and we'll have our supper.

Will probably be back out around 6:30 or so yet tonight before we quit

Turnt out ta be one of Ali, Andi 'n the SiL's high school teachers. L'il later on I hear someone call my name. Look 'n it's a private investigator what used to work with us runnin' independent polygraphs. Great seein' 'er. Top notch interviewer. Ain't seen 'er in close ta fifteen years, she ain't changed a bit. I'm old....

Sausages 'n fixin's ready ta plate. Waitin' on the toaster to ding-a-ling. Got a couple beer bread crostinis in there. Ready for the spectacle. Got the DVR set cuz I'm thinkin' I may not get thru it in one sittin'.
