Good luck on the house hunting, Willie. I found some leftover Kung-Pao Chicken in the freezer and reheated it with an egg roll. It was not bad. Roast and veggies for Supper tonight.

love you guys.  Even just venting like this helps.

So called Dorothy over at Bob Bass Realty.  She said "no problem, and I'm so excited."  She even remembered me from a one-time meeting a year ago.  I think it's the half-pint lol.

so yep... apparently if the USDA loan doesn't turn out, because of the water issue, there's another one, an FHA loan I think?  She said if we qualified for the USDA, that one too will be cake.  She's sending me details right now

Because of USCG, and school, for over 12 years I didn't stay in one place for more than a year in most cases.  Longest stop was like 18 months.  I don't count "shipping out" as "staying" regardless of the mail route lol.

last year, we resigned this lease, just to not move... for one year.  Now, here's hoping for something way more permanent.  And if we get our way... 30 some-odd acres to boot!

Willie, I am glad that you have several options. Moose is warming up the roast and veggies, It should be ready in a few minutes. The fireplace is putting out some heat and it is cozy in the den. Tonight the low will be 18, which is cold for us around here. It will be a good morning for oatmeal and raisins for breakfast, and plenty of Hot Cawffee.

Cream of Mushroom and Chicken over rice for dinner with edamame... it's like "Americanized Japanese" as my lady loves calling it lol.

The roast was even better the second time around tonight. The leftover stroganoff is planned for supper tonight. We always have leftovers, because there is only 2 of us. I am ready to go to bed, now that my tummy is full.

Come thru the intersection the city's gonna fix so ya can't directly cross. Last fatal accident what prompted the idea was 100314. Some guy I'm payin' tolt the news on 100814 the reconfig would began in four ta six weeks. Think it's 010615, nothin'. Ennyways, traffic kinda heavy. Took the alternate for giggles. Got across the main road right where I woulda been had I gone straight. Let the destruction began.

Thanks for the Cawffee this morning, it is frosty around here this morning. The bed was nice and warm, so I did not get up. Hopefully the temps will warm up this afternoon. No clue for breakfast and lunch. We have enough stroganoff for supper tonight.

Brrrrrrr! Buck! I am glad that I am retired and not having to be outside in the cold temps. The high around here for today is in the upper 40s. I still don't have any clue for lunch today.
