Stopped at the Marshfield Walmart on the way home for groceries. Ran into my aunt and uncle.

Decided to go see the last installment of the Hobbit today.... it's OK I guess ... 

Been kinda warm,  saw 82° today,
back to work tomorrow for a cupola days then the New Years thing .. no plans ...   except being off 
I think I'll do a roast in the new red crock pot w/ potatoes , carrots & onions to be sure .

Forgot to tell you, had a guy yesterday, made at us cause our silk bandannas was made in Chiner and not USA, he didn't buy one.

United wasn't done with her yet!

Flight delayed from MKE to ORD due to crew availability.

Flight from ORD to SFO delayed to mechanical problems.  Missed her flight from SFO to RNO.

They did get her on the next flight from SFO to RNO, so she is finally at home just a couple days and several stressful hours late!

United has screwed up so often I can keep track!  Some have been weather related, but this was nothing but United screwing up.

I do have emails from United back to 2013 showing their screw ups.

Just glad she's home safe!

Yep, and that is where silk goods has almost always came from, never been made in the US in any amount that I know of, ever.

We had Potato soup and Grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch. Vegetable Beef soup for tonight. The sun is out, but it is still cool outside.

Kinda nice out taday – for a duck. Cool but no wind to speak of, t'was a keeper.

Weren't goin' huntin'. Figgered things were gonna be thin out so we went to the big Kroger thing. Hoped ta find unadvertised breasts for 99¢ a pound. No joy.

Ennyways, come out the parkin' lot ta go home, it's rainin' its' butt off 'n a street lamp didn't look quite right even thru the rain. Freakin' DSLR was sittin' here on the desk 'n the best I had was the Canon pocket camera what lives in the station wagon.



'Cross the street from the hot dog hole cuz Tom 'n me hit from time ta time. Out of the territories for both pairs I'm watchin'. Wet's the bird was coulda been either one 'cept HK. Too wet to tell on the others. Just dunno.

Roo, the younguns got into it good early. Younger one took up for herself real well. Mods had ta come clean after a couple of us described it. Normal, healthy behavior for eaglet siblings.

Downed plenty turkey noodle soup. Last of the left over turkey went in it. Time ta shut down for the nite.

The Cawffee and Hot water are ready to drink this morning. Enjoy! Moose and Victoria are asleep in the back. I am wide awake in the den.  M2, That is a good looking pistol. It is still dark outside and the temps are cool. They have single digit temps in the Panhandle, I do not miss that part of the country in the wintertime.
