Anyone have a reproduction Spencer carbine for sale?

I have a Civil War buddy wanting one.  I wouldn't mind having an extra one myself.

It is in 44-40 though so not sure if it's usable in re-enacting.

I'm looking for an 1873 Short Rifle in 44-40 or will sell for $1100.00.
