Looks like it just has a manually turned cylinder with a ball detent. Also looks like it might qualify as some kind of "destructive device" under the 1934 laws, unless maybe it's rifled.

OK, gotta ask, where do you find a shoulder holster for a Governor? Is one made, please advise if you know where one is available.

Gabe, I am very sorry to have gotten you all riled but the truth is I am just a dreamer. Been wanting a Governor (boating/hiking) fer over a year now but its still just pipe dreams I am afraid. That said, the only thing that would be different about the shoulder rig would be the holster portion pattern. What with the popularity of the Judge, it might be harder to find someone with access to a Governor for pattern making???
