Our friends in Missouri, the Double M Cowboys, are hosting the convention again in 2015 at the beautiful venue they used last year - the Ramada Plaza and Oasis Convention Center March 6-8, 2015.  If you missed it last year, you missed a great one.  I expect this one to be just as wonderful!  And they have a fun shoot the day before the convention starts on Thursday, March 5th.

It is going to come sneak up on you faster than you will guess with all the holiday business coming up.  I urge you to make your reservations at the Ramada Oasis (I already have) and send in your registration.  Forms and information is available at http://www.doublemcowboys.com/ and in the last couple issues of The Shootist.  I had a wonderful time there last year and truly appreciated the effort put out by the Double M Cowboys for a great convention, vendors, seminars, and a fantastic banquet.  If you can make it, I also urge you to attend the shoot the day before on March 5 at The Outlaw Range.  I really enjoyed myself last year in spite of it being a tad chilly.

Get your reservations and registrations in now - don't miss out on the fun.

The forms are also posted on the NCOWS website.

Made mine three weeks ago and posted up date Hotel info here :  :)

Funny, I had no problem making my reservations at all.  But then I did call the convention center where it will be instead of some national number.  They even still had all my information on file from last year, so all I had to tell them is what type of room I wanted.

Doubt I'll be attending this time.  It's getting too painful to walk very far.

I've never seen one Homer has made but he might be able. I cant remember if he has ever mentioned owning a 1911 in order to mold the holster and I never thought to ask him because like me he seems to like to stick to the authentic styles. I guess one of us should though because for the last few months it seems like I've had someone ask me weekly about a 1911 holster.

I'll be talking to him again this week so I'll try to remember to ask.

Cliff, all I could find was last years registration by doing a google search for "2014 NCOWS convention vendor registration". Jim Downing "The Engraver" was taking care of vendors last year.
I sent the link to Rebel Bandit to give to Homer, so they may still have it.
Do yo plan on going early for the shoot? Also is Miss Kitty going?

Miss Kitty cant go, is Sierra Sue going? Larry is considering going and setting up with me but if not I'll be looking for a room mate and someone to possibly travel with. I think Homer and Mike are going in Homers truck so I doubt they have extra room.
