47 here right now.  No rain except a little sprinkle early this morning.  A little breezy with winds about 25 mph and gusts to 35 mph.  A place about 50 miles south of here reported a gust of 75 mph this morning.

The turkey's on the grill, turning nice and brown.  Should be done right about 5:00 when the company is supposed to show up.

Left there 'n went by the GC. No HK. No Sterling. Saw two lumps onna tower in the distance. Get there 'n it's two buzzards. Decided ta check where I was early. No bird(s) was turnin' 'round ta leave 'n they're onna tower on the other side the interstate. Got a bunch but I like this'n.



Since they ain't banded, the fat lady 'n I refer to the female as Princess Anne 'n the male Baxter. That's Princess Anne.

The Beef stew turned out good, it was quite tasty. We watched Baylor destroy my OSU Cowboys. It rained hard the entire game.

Gonna hit the huntin' spot inna few then ta the off site. Need salt pork. Ain't got 'nuff 'n wanna cook the collards taday. Alice recommends cookin' the things then refrigeratin' or freezin' 'em 'til the feast Thursday. Gotta strong thought they may not last ta Thanksgivin' if I cook 'em taday. We'll see.

Ain't thinkin' Jim or the other regular contributors ta Honey Beeagles or Tidewater Virginia Eagles got much ta werry 'bout. Do thank y'all for the kind werds. Was right happy with that'n.

Married 6 years today, but she's got a bad cold and almost no voice, doesn't want to go out, she didn't go to church either. So I bought a couple steaks on the way home, it's 50-something here today, should be warm enough for the gas grill to cook them.

Didn't see Sterling or Princess Anne. Didn't see the juvenile trespasser it the GC either.

Been Gray all day , some sun tried to shine through around mid day but was over taken, no thunder I've heard maybe later.

I'm sitting here watching the Skins play SF. They have looked good at times. We are gonna finish off the Beef Stew tonight. Moose is over a neighbor's helping decorate her house for Christmas. Victoria knows that it is time for her Momma should be home.
