Slim, it's just outside Eau Claire.  Though it's become a question if we will be going.  Apparently, the real reason my aunt is going is to help mellow out the home coming of her daughter's violent, incarcerated husband.  Trip for us may be cancelled.  :-\

Eau Claire is a good place. I lived 45 minutes north of there during high school. Lived in Eau Claire for a few months delivering pizza a few years later. There is a CAS club about 30 minutes from there. Eau Claire is about 3 hours NW of here.

Don't care for the convention process, Roo. It's why we have the Clinton bag man sittin' in Richmond rather'n Bill Bollin'. Watch Cantor come back runnin' as a marxist/democrat in '16.

He wasn't gonna jump. He was standin' it the cook top, turnin' the heat up slowly.

Dang near sighted old Sherrie, it was a lid lifter, just cause I heated it up and drew on a piece of firewood for him.   He's retired now but I hear through the grapevine he's hauling the bad guys back and forth part time.  Nice fella with a sense of humor, but wouldn't want to be on his bad side for real.

The Wife was making biscuits this morning from a "just add water" mix. She was ready to put them in the oven & said: "There is a piece of egg shell in this mix!"  Next thing ya know she's picking egg shell off her drop biscuits & says "There's lot of em in here!"  So I asked her to show me, then said "Honey, that's lard." Even though it was more likely some kind of hydrogenized vegetable crap. ::)

Biscuit were ok. Not as good as mine.
