Your bottom line is the absolute problem with all politicians- they might be honest when they are elected by 2nd term you may as well look for a replacement.

Addressed correctly and clearly for IOWA, tracking has it in Washington DC  
stuck in limbo and has not tracked since 10:30 AM Wed. morn.  ( Wed. is when it was to arrive in IOWA )

I call Thursday and was told it was put in the wrong sack...sorry !     still in DC according to tracking this Morning !  

Only took 11 days to get the US POSTAL service 2nd day delivery signature required, priority envelope to Iowa 

by way of Washington , Maryland .... Lesson learned " if absolutely has to arrive on time ...it will might ...eventually maybe even in the next month or calender year !
