Norinco 97 dis-assembly

Took the mag tube/forend off my Norinco for some wood repair and now it won't go back together. I re-installed the the magtube/forend back into the receiver and something is wrong. The hammer is cocked way back and the trigger all the way back. I did something wrong and don't know what. Can anyone help with my problem?
