The temp is in the low 60s, with a high of 85. We have not had much spring weather to speak of.

Around here, We go from ice and snow, to hot and muggy summer weather. The heat and humidity really bothers Victoria, she stays in when it is hot and muggy. She goes out before sunup, if it is still cool outside.

Our long coat dachsy isn't a fan of hot and muggy either,TLD. Gets her to panting pretty quick ::)

Been raining off and on most of the morning here. Just had a quick shower here now ::)

Will probably be going out to look at washers this evening :-\$$$ Just when I thought I was going to have some cash to myself :( :-\ :'(
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Afternoon all.

Not much goin' on out here.  Had some showering coming from the coast, but not enough to streak the dirt on the car.

On the subject of cars...  anybody know of a way to make $2600 appear in three days?  Found a real nice Trans Am for that amount, but I don't have the dough...   Oh well..

That TA is bunch of tickets waiting to happen.

Teenager in a Trans Am.....looks like a god way to get unwanted attention, even if you're staying strictly within the limits.

Most "attention" I ever got was when we used to have a red '74 Nova with black stripes and mag wheels.

Delmonico

If I was a cop i'd give you a ticket just because teenagers in Trans Am's most likely need one.  ;D

Wife got one a while back. 41 in a 35, but it wasn't fair, he was waiting out of site on the other side of a viaduct.   ::)  Yeah, that's how I got it 2 years ago, you'd think she's of learned from me. ::)

Temps have dropped here,49. Rain has stopped. Have the keys to the kingdom for tomorrow ::)

Only time I actually got a ticket in that Nova, I earned it. 80-something in a 55, but I was lucky....he caught me after I was slowing back down.

But even when I WAS behaving, it seemed like someone must have pasted a picture of a cop car on my rearview mirror, 'cause every time I looked at it, there one was!

The Trinity Kid

Around here, you're more likely to find a deer in your rearview than a cop car... ::)  'Sides, most o' the deputies around here would challenge me to a race to Big Bar. 8)   (Joke intended).  Actually, the roads around here make their own speed limits.  anything over 60 (limit's 55) and you are asking to take a flight 40 feet over a cliff to the rocky bottom of the river.
Still, it might be asking for trouble to have it anyway.  ::)  Heck, tomorrow is sweet 16.  I need to get a little trouble sometime. :P

I had a friend that bought a new 78 TA. He kept it awhile and needed a truck.  He sold it and the new owner proceeded to wrap it around a telephone pole.

Nothing bad about that,TLD. Just seems to get ingrained in the DNA at some point.

39 here, cloudy( so far). :-\

We did get a washer, no bells and whistles, just basics. Clearance model at Lowes. Being in a manufactured home, we have space considerations when it comes to big appliances. The one that died gave us 16 years, so I guess we got our money's worth out of it. Only had one service call on it for the water level sensor ::)

Mornin',

Mid sixties comin'.

Been wonderin' when the washer thing we have's gonna drop its retirement papers. Best memory it's in its teens.

Should one wanna trans thing one should be sure it has a big bird decal on the hood, good fer 50 more horse power. The plastic aero skirts greatly increase the vehicle's handlin' capabilites too.

We had Maytag Washer & Dryer that work for us 17 years , gave them way in 2004 , and they still are working for the lady...
Course we bought new digital Kenmores that year , and they were replaced with-in two years..after 3 circuit board failures.

Went to Badcock, and bought the on sale non-digital Maytag units , even got one year same as cash NO interest deal...
These have been fine , ' cept service call for faulty switch on the washer under warranty...

when planets align...do the deal !
