Trouble Uploading A Picture To My Profile

Howdy,

I have been trying to upload a picture to my profile and keep getting a error message.

Error 500!

/forumhall/index.php
Internal Server Error!

What am I doing wrong? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Crop if needed and downsize the image to 100 pixels wide and you should be good to go.
