Took one them onna short flight once. Landin' was kinda rough. Glad it belonged to the city of Norfolk 'n not me. I gotta bad boy letter out it. They gotta wrecked car what was a POS the day it rolled off the assembly line.

We had Fairmonts and Granadas at the Sheriff's Dept. In 91, we got some Taurus.They were not any better.

I made another pot of Cawffee for the afternoon drinkers. I had some Fritos pie for my late lunch. The Beef stew is being prepped for tonight, in addition, a large pan of cornbread will be baked.

Found the eagles at Honey Bee GC. Finally caught the pair sittin' on top a power line tower with what's left of an old osprey nest on it. Saw 'em from the road 'n they stayed 'til we got to the parkin' lot before they flew off, one after the other.

The Stew is putting out some good smells. They have a big new car show in Dallas, the last week of February. We might take that in to see all the makes and models in one place. The temp got into the low 50s today. I am tired of this deep freeze weather.

"She" that will be obeyed , suggested she wanted a BBQ Beef sandwich @ Fat Boys 
So thats were we went , I got the sliced Pork and bake potato....
As BBQ goes it's main stream but not bad.

We made one of our semi-annual trips to Golden Corral, I think I like Chinese buffets better, not as many folks there that's parents were related before marriage, saw 2 guys with mullets, one with more ink than the Sunday funnies, a lady with twice as much and bright blue hair, one lady with a really cool mustache.    Oh and some of the customers were pretty strange looking also.

Funny you mention that...saw guy last night that look like he was holding a Parrot , his whole hand up to mid arm was
ink in full Technicolor.

A trip to Golden Corral is always interesting. It seems like folks there just let their kids run loose. I would not want to eat where kids have handled my food. I would just as soon eat at McDonalds.

Same as yestitty but without the %age of rain chances. With a l'il sunshine it'd be kinda decent.

Might take a ride ta Carolina later in the mornin'.

It's definitely classier than the Caravan, but sadly not in the cards.

Slept a good part if the day away, didn't roll out till 08:00.

Drove my Dodge home from the shop yesterday, but I'll have to take it back when the parts come in. Needs a "wheel speed sensor" that they didn't have on hand. Fixed the heater problem with a cumputer update

Got a bunch of fresh snow - how much depends on where you measure. Between nothing and three feet in the driveway & still coming down in a big way. Sure is purty, reminds me of the winters of my youth.

Had a pancake & eggs fer breakfast & a meatloaf ready to go in the oven for later.

Arcey, as much as you enjoy those big birds, you ought to come to Nebraska for a visit this time of year. The place is lousy with them.  There's an "eagle viewing area" at the big lake a little bit north o my place. Never pulled in there, the eagles are plenty visible for miles around.

Lots of them on the Platte north of me a bit also.  We even see them in town now and then, once in a while a Golden too.
