Here's my look at what's new in cowboy guns and cap & ball at the 2014 SHOT Show. I also show a bit of the Las Vegas Antique Arms Show at the end of the video.

There is only one modern gun in the whole video, and that is the one YouTube picked for a thumbnail...LOL

I'll be able to change that in a couple of days.

Wisht I wuz their! ;D ;D

No .44Special leverguns? (nor any other .44s - seems that .45LC has cornered the big-bore scene,)

At 5:19 min. isn't that a pretty low-wall?

Great video Mike. 8)

Mike,

Nice find with the M&H Open Top.
A friend of mine is quite knowledgeable on M&H. He has the very hard to find and expensive book on M&H's.
I can put you in touch with him directly if you wish to e-mail me (check in my profile).

Major 2,

I keep hopping too.
It will help me catch up on a bunch of stuff I need to know.
It may also give me a chance to let you know who may also be coming... I'll pass that info on if and when it happens.
My best,

I don't know if they will go back to Orlando. Most NSSF members prefer Las Vegas.

I like going to SHOT in Orlando because I can drive there, even though it takes a day and a half of driving.

The problem with Orlando is that International Drive can't handle the traffic. All our after hours functions are in the Peabody Hotel, but driving there from my hotel was always a nightmare...half an hour or more to go a mile.

You may be right, I just check and they are booked @ the Sands in 2017 as well.....

We have the Venue(s) but you're right the OCCC West  & Peabody I-Drive does get snarled....

The LV strip has another advantage over International Dr. the monorail.
