Morning all.  Thanks for the coffee.

Got a busy day today.  In a few minutes, we got a funeral to go to... I hate going to funerals.

Then I've got a meeting at 2:00...   I hate going to meetings.

Then have to go to the big city for dinner... I hate going to the big city.  Love dinner though.    It's hard to refuse a steak and mashed potatoes.

Made it ta 72°. Startin' ta get cooler. Rain ain't done much but spit e'er now 'n again thru the day. Ran a couple errands with the roof hole open. Got dark 'nuff for the street lights ta come on. Rain's back steady 'n we're under all kindsa watches.

Thought 'bout Buck 'n his Hamster mobile while I was travelin'. Got behind one hadda big star shaped decal on the tailgate with 'Hamstar' wrote on it.

Sgt. Merrill's Mom dropped by ta start his car whilst I was out in the barn. Been awhile. Battery was too weak ta spin it. Stuck the charger on it for a bit 'n it fired. He's due back in Carolina in a few weeks.

Revolvers are squeaky clean.

Gonna find sumthin' ta eat.

The "Hamstar" thing is a spin off of the Kia hamster commercial's. Decoration for the cars,plus, a sort of clothing line,I think,Arcey. They've got those vinyl wraps out for them as well. Ours isn't sporting any of it, only thing I've added was the splash guards in the wheel wells. Wife's looking at some sort of window decals, though. The '14's are decidedly different from the earlier ones. Changes to the lift gate and design changes to the fenders and the interiors.

43 and darkish with some light drizzle now. Just had the dogs out and tended to the bird feeders

I watched both NFL playoff games and both of my teams lost. I hope tomorrow is better. We had spaghetti and meatballs for supper tonight and it was good.

Sister next door made Chicken an' dumplin's for tanite's supper. She burnt the chili beans & we was gunna add a smoke liked sausage...Oh well

Bit o' rain taday & any is welcomed. Clouds moved off 'Roo & hopefully your fencing is OK.We need more rain & snow out here in the west... Fustration  continues with the pass werd issue I will drive there & give them "what for" on my day off...

We went the spaghetti and meatballs route too, store bought fresh meatballs from the butcher & some shrooms.
Headed for a cool down as the week progresses ....yesterday they said it be cool all week
they backed off that and say 80 tomorrow , just 73 today and 80 yesterday    then lows in the 30's Wed. & Thurs.

The Cawffee and hot water are ready for drinking this morning. ENJOY! No clue for breakfast yet.The temp is hovering around 40, and no rain.

Morning all.

Well, the funeral was interesting...  It was the first Catholic function I've attended.  It was rather quiet, as the person who died was the organ player...

The meeting..could have been worse.  it started fine, but slowly degenerated into a bunch of Democrat jokes...aimed at the President of our club, since he is the only Democrat...  I was having a conversation with him a while back, about how the AR-15 is rather pointless, and how the M1A is far superior.  Only gun-loving Dem I know.

The big city was...big.  We went and looked at a car lot first.  I will say that, 35 degrees is fine, until you add in the WC down to the teens.  Knew I shoulda brought my thicker coat.  We ate at Applebee's, after 45 minutes of waiting.  Watched the New England Patriots getting stomped by the Indianapolis Colts (didn't they used to be in Baltimore?).  
After that, we went and looked at more car lots... bleh.

We broke the trend last night as well.  First night in three and a half months over 20 degrees.

I had some corn flakes and toast for breakfast this morning. A pimento cheese sandwich for lunch. No clue for supper tonight. The temp is almost 70 outside.

Darned nice day 'n a good shoot. Shot the derned sucker clean too. Ever'thin' what was supposed ta fall fell. Lotta fun. Good crowd.

ArmorAll let the tires sling the mud from the road off. Mud flaps didn't do so good. Oh well.........

I am in pain...    I played football with my best friend... he weighs 70+ pounds more than I do.  And he tackled me...  several times.   Did I mention that we aren't wearing pads?  Owie.
