Somewhere in the depths, I had a thread going where I wound up making .44 WCF blanks using only the case and a rolled up paper bullet.  The paper disintegrates but they are kind if labour intensive.  The title is "Homemade Blanks."  When I have some time I can dredge it up for you.

Oh yes, thank you very much kind sir.  Just logged on to do that.  I was posting from my phone and didn't want to fidget on it for too long.

Now this is for .44, but Rattlesnake Jack has used this in a .45-75 and .45 Colt with the same success.  However, making these in .32-20 may prove somewhat fiddly.

If anyone else has any more ideas, don't be shy.

Just one thing to add - I did some experimenting with other types of cardboard packaging the last time I did up a batch.  Found that the soda can cases are about the only thing that works well.  Just in case you were wondering.

No sir not yet , got to find the time as they seem time consuming , when I get round to doing them I'll let you all know.
