Does anyone know what the current status is of USFA?  Since the introduction of the ZiP the reviews have been uniformly negative.  Makes one wonder how they are managing to stay in business.  Just wondering...

For what was once a company of great interest to us all... unfortunately most of us no longer know and certainly while the zip is all they produce, we really don't care. I might have understood if he branched out and expanded his line or did the zip as a sideline, but when he just threw away everything he had built up producing single actions, I find I really don't care what he or his business does.

I thought they  were out of business.

There have been numerous threads on this.  People have gone by the factory.  The machinery was sold and it is closed.

I am more than aware of the fate of the SAA line and the cold hard fact that it will, in all likelihood, never be revived.  I was just wondering what, if any, success USFA was having with that abomination they are currently marketing.  My local dealer ordered a couple of them for customers when they were first introduced and swears he won't order any more.  All he got was complaints from those who purchased them.
I was just wondering if USFA is approaching the untimely demise that most of us predicted.  When the ZiP was first introduced there was a lot of buzz about it on the internet.  Now?  Nothing, not even the steam of negative reviews.  As I stated, I'm just curious as to the fate of a once fine company.

As we all know the machines and people left a couple of years ago.  I heard the USFA factory (the building) was sold and the company moved somewhere in CT.  I think all they do at this location is distribute zips and fix them.

Haven't heard squat.  I'm with Maj 2.  Tango Uniform.
