I use a pill twice a day with Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM in it. If I don't take it my hands get too painful to do stuff after about a week.

Little late for coffee I think, but I'll take some any way.  I just read a report from the UC Berzerkley science doodly-bopper, and they said that their ten year study has shown that strait black coffee will minimize the effects of the common cold viruses.  Milk or sugar in it will  ruin the effect. :-\  I dunno.  I'm gonna try it though. :)

Still have a big mess down-stairs, but getting the bench sorted out.  Took some time to do some playing, I just cut this piece of Persian walnut in half and I'm putting new scales on an old boning knife I have.  I put them one one side at a time with good epoxy to seal them up and then pin them.  If you ever seen under some of those old ones you would understand.  I think it will come out nice, got about 18-20 to do this winter so far.

Rita says I can't play on E-bay trolling for wood till I use some of the last she bought me up.   ::)  Nice wood pile, all walnut.

I think you need to adjust the other direction - it's not 04:00 yet out here in your new time zone. I'm up an hour early. Didn't mean to be. Maybe I'll try some coffee.

Stu I had been getting up between 02:30 and 03 for a longtime now. Killer has her routine. She couldn't wait any longer. I hope to sneak a few more minutes each day the next week or two.

Gonna be awake between 5 'n 6 whether I wanna be or not. Shoot mornin's, like yestitty, the alarm went off at 0430 'n I was awake when it did. Need the extra half hour to get movin'.

Good time yestitty. Didn't shoot werth a crap but it was fun anyhow. Additional tenth of a grain of powder seems to have solved the inconsistent ignition troubles with the Remington primers. Nice tour of Newport News gettin' 'round a wreck on 64.

Howdy y'all,

Rain & bit o' hail greeted me outside when I came home. Settled the dust a bit just the same. 'Course the weather wizards said nuthin' 'bout it.

Thanks LIT for the feed back on the glucosamine, glad 'ta know it helps 'ya!! Costco I heard last nite has the most reasonable pricing, I'll be there after some come the week-end.

Partly cloudy out now at 41, high of 52. Lows reachin' 29 with a 5-10 mph breeze.

Glad 'ta hear you are in the mountain time zone again 'Roo & thanks for the cawfee.
