Any special issues with the New Spencers chambered for .45 Schofield? Better or worse than average
feeding problems?  Any advantages over the other calibers? Thanks for any input.

Hi Treebeard - I don't believe the .45 scho is sold any more.

The one scho Spencer I saw had the paddle extractor which had a tendency to break.  Don't know if newer ones went to the lane extractor, someone else on this forum I'm sure knows more.

The one useful feature of the scho-Spencer is that is could hold 8 rounds in its mag.  Useful for cowboy action.

I have and i"m shooting my .45 schofield. it's a trip yes, a little quirky but it's got personally. I really like it. and it works just fine.  I've had it about 6-9 months. it's a trip. now, I just picked up one in 56-50. that ammo is a little harder to reload.and no, I haven't shot it yet! (i HAD TO pour bullets first, now I need smokless powder data. but I'll get some think loaded to play with soon.
