I posted this up in the longhorn, but I mioght as well put it here too.

Here's one for the hard core trivia buffs. No fair Googling it, but who was Michael James Vincenzo Gubitosi, what was his stage/screen name and what famous western character did he portray in the movies/TV 40 times?
I will no longer respond to the rants of the small minded that want to sling mud rather than discuss in an adult manner.

Stillwater

I remember his real name from his murder trial ...

But what about his character ( I mean character one he portrayed in the movies and on TV )? I'll give you a hint. One of his lines was, "Spinach heap good, me like'um".

That was from Red Rider. He played the character of Little Beaver.

Gubitosi was also in the "Little Rascals."

You are correct on both counts, Sir! Now, whart were then names of their horses?

I know some of the horses names like Gene Autry's horse Champion, and Roy Rogers horse Trigger. I even know that Dale Evan's horse was named Buttermilk.

I don't know of any of the others, except I know that John Wayne road a horse, in some his movies, that the owner of the horse named PIE. Sam Elliott road the same horse in one of his movies.

The dog in the movie's of the Little Rascals was named Pete. Unfortunately and Sadly, some rude, crude and uncouth person poisoned Pete.
