I have 900 federal large rifle magnum primers I no longer need and would like to place an ad on the site.

My question is this.

Is there a Hazmat Fee requirement for selling primers on this site or does that apply just for the first time sale/purchase?

Thanks,

Hazmat fee is going to be charged by UPS or FedEx for every package up to 50 lbs. And depending on your local UPS, you might have to make arrangements to ship from a dealer that normally sells primers, powders etc.

Your probably better off selling them locally. The shipping with hazmat would cost about as much as the primers are worth.

You have to have a shipping HAZ-MAT lic with UPS to ship primers or powder,
PP can not ship'em.

Craigslist might be your best bet.
