Howdy,

This is my first gun belt and second leather project ever (my first was a coaster from Tandy.......not sure it even qualifies). It is two layers, all hand stitched, colored with vinegaroon, copper rivets, a basic Tandy buckle and a couple coats of olive oil to soften it up.

I used a tamper proof torx bit for the centers of the diamonds.

I know it ain't perfect, but I am pretty dang happy with it.

Thanks for looking,

That looks good. Nice, even diamonds. The torx tip is innovative. Good idea.

Thanks gang!

The vinegaroon is awesome and it fit two of my main criteria. It's cheap and easy  ::)

You can get a whole set of the security bits from Harbor Freight for around 10 dollars. You get a whole bunch of different "punches" that you wouldn't normally find.
