Flags arrived this afternoon, but I wasn't able to pick them up by 5:00.  I'll get them Monday morning and ship them out.

Well there will be a one week delay.  The colors and graphics are perfect, but one side of the flag was sewn on upside down.  The company owner called me to sincerely apologize.

I'm glad I'm out of striking range.

Not a huge  problem, pard.  At least they fessed up to their boo-boo.  Some would try to blame YOU!

I certainly made them think it was a huge problem.  Later I received a call from the owner with his sincere apology.  I told him if there were any future flag orders, I expect he'll offer the lower pricing regardless of how many are ordered.  He said he could comply with this.

It's sure hard to imagine that all 7 got sewed wrong and no one noticed until AFTER!
