Recently a friend sent a Spencer home with me to "clean up".  It is now mine.  She is a '65 Model Burnside with the Stabler cutoff.  The stock cartouches are clear, most of the blue is gone, the case harding is decent on the outside and like brand new on the inside.  The bore was kind of rough but I have cleaned and cleaned and she looks like she might shoot.  All I have to do now is get a breach block and see what happens.

I really enjoy all of the conversations you folks have here on the net.  Keep it up.

Joe, you lucky guy, how's about a photo or three? I've been thinking that if the Armi Sports keep going up in price, it may be a washto find a neglected original, add the CF breechblock and have Bobby Hoyt reline the barrel.
