You got a good recipe for sunkin peeds?? Mine came out roasty toasty and tasting great, but they don't crack open very good~

I baked them first at 300 for about 20 minutes, then melted a little butter with a tad of honey and cinnamon and suated them just long enough to cover all real good, popped them back in the oven till golden, while they cooled i stirred them a couple times to keep from sticking.Taste great but just don't crack open good.I put some on a paper plate and microwaved them and they came out like pumpkin seed chips, not bad that way,but i like to crack them.I used cosher salt too as it is finer,i put it in the melted butter with honey and cinnamon..I figgered you would have a better way.. :) These came out of small pumpkins too about 6" in diameter, all they had left at the store, chalk full of seeds too,but a little small..

Bunch a ole scudders!
