Uberti 1862 pocket police over rotates

Good afternoon,I was just looking at my NIB Uberti 1862 pocket police that I purchased about 2 months ago. When I recieved it I did the usual cleaning and put it away until  I had the opportunity to shoot it. I just noticed that when I cock it quickly it over rotates. If I do it slowly it only over rotates 25% of the time.Is this an easy fix or should I send it back to Uberti.Thanks,Southpaw

Kudos to Stoeger. Sent to Stoeger on 10/11 via UPS,they replaced the hand and adjusted cylinder bolt and I recieved today 10/23 fixed. I applaud thier customer service.........Southpaw
