Im a new match director for our club and I would be interested in some of the capers you guys may have seen so I can add some varety to our matches.

Here are the capers we used for the 2012 Championships.  You don't have to use the full caper, just pick and chose what you like and then mix and match concepts together in your own style.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, how do you score the paper targets?, Im so use to shooting steel , do you tape the holes like ISPC ?

Winchets,

Hits in the "A" and "B" are what the shooter is looking for.  Hits that even touch the line to the higher scoring ring receive credit for the higher score.  Each hit in the "C" add 1 second to the shooters time, each hit in the "D" adds 3 seconds to the shooters time.  Hits on the paper but outside the "D" ring are a miss and just like misses on steel targets they add 10 seconds.  Failing to even attempt a shot at any target is a miss but also adds another 5 seconds (15 total) for each target the shooter fails to attempt to shoot at.  Don't forget Procedurals (shooting the course or fire wrong) adds an additional 5 seconds as well.

Hope that helps.
