I picked up one of the next generation ones for WB. It's the green, though. There weren't any brown ones available when I bought mine, which is much more correct. It's sure a comfortable hat, though. I personalized it slightly like the one Lee Marvin wore in "The Professionals." I never could tell if his was brown or green. I suspect it may have been a green one dirtied up some.

Hey if i get any of them and there are any sizes and they are cheap enough i'll give them to ya.Went by today and he was not there,maybe doin the weekends,he had one hat there that was like an aussie style with sometype of starburst badge on it and it was tagged .75 i took that at 75 cents and yes there are alot of canvas leggings,i think there was a box of them there.I will keep my eye on it..

I been goin by there everyday,he hasn't opened back up yet again,i think his wife told him to get all the stuff gone or she was gone.That area is known as antique row,i'll keep checkin !! Gonna try to get the whole box if the price is right..

Went back by today,neighbor backed into my truck the other day and the body shop is right across the street from the military stuff,still closed up,supposed to be cooler this weekend so maybe he is waiting on that,i'll find out though..I hope i can get those hats pretty cheap,he is motivated to sale..Will check on the leggings for you gals too

I bought an old DI hat years ago ... use it as a 'Northern' style cowboy hat ... in the pic I am protraying a very late (1880s-1890s) Pinkerton detective on a day off ... a little known fact is that most gold shipments on the railroad were staffed by Pinkerton Guards ....
