Worth 15?

I just picked this up at an antique sale,sale.There was a feller today that had an old brick warehouse FULL of vintage military stuff,alot of stuff the Wild Bunch shooters would use,hats,leggings,tents all kinds of stuff.I picked this rig up for 15.00
he had another rig that was a Sass rig complete with badge,badge holder,double strong side,double shotshell holder held 6 or 8 shells.The badge number was 41?,i forgot to write it down but gowing back tommorrow,the holster were stiff and thick like fast draw holsters and in very good condition,he wanted 60.00 for it,but i had 15 in my pocket and got this old booger.I never even knew the place was there and i never saw so much military stuff anywhere!Boxes full of rifle barrels,saw a couple of levers,rifle stocks also..His prices seemd very reasonable,i add this in case anyone interested.I'm going back tommorrow and take some pics,but here is the rig i got.Hand done?Or hand finished?

It's also open toed and 9 inches long inside the holster,what would that be for?It's made for a 22,has 22 shell holders.9" barrel?

I would guess it's for a 7 1/2" with some room for the cylinder.

Cool Rig. H&R made a 9-shot pistol with an 8" barrel. Maybe it's for something like that.

Darn, fer shame fer shame, I would be all over that place like stink on a stirrin stick!  Marshall, I need one or two of those hats right now, trying to gear up for WB.  Bet a little search would turn up some of the canvas leggins also!

Liquid starch will not color. Wet and/or steam to style, squirt spray (old glass cleaner bottle) and fix with weights, string, .......................... Sets up good.
