Howdy pards, anybody know if EL Paso Saddlery is having trouble shipping their stuff? I remember a few years back that they were and I'm looking to buy a new holster.

Thanks!!!!

Was it El Paso or San Pedro that ran into the problems?  (or both)??  We do have some award winning level talent that visits this site so why not pull up a chair and chew the fat on your needs?  Why we even gots one or two of them guys what calls the best of the best  'grasshopper' BUT we tend to wear our eye shields when speaking of this!   8)

It was San Pedro Saddlery and 'Big Ed'.

Mentioning this guy's like initiating a slap flare.

El Paso Saddlery can be slow - but never 'that' slow - and their products are always top-notch.

Ive been a customer of El Paso Saddlery for almost 18 years.  I've have multiple hunting and CAS rigs done by them.  I cant say a bad thing about any of them.  Wait time for an order is usually 4 to 8 weeks.  Thats about the only gripe you hear from folks.  They tell you up front about their lead time.

Product support is amazing.  I had a seam rip on a 15 year old gun belt that was well used.  Emailed Don.  He said ship it back.  It was restitched and back to my door in two weeks.

They also are very generous sponsors of many CAS/WAS events, including our NCOWS regional here in Texas.

Yep, I agree about their Quality.
My first rig was from EPS a #44, and the craftsmanship was first rate, I had just heard of shipping issues, but IMHO 4-8 weeks is NOT an issue. The quality of my firs rig is why I'm going back.
Again thanks for the Help!!!

Love EPS.  When I was over in the Persian Gulf I ordered a rig for my carry gun and had it shipped out there.  Took 6 weeks, but when it arrived they did'nt charge me shipping.  Great folks, great leather!
Civilize them with a Krag . . .

The only downside to El Paso is that they charge your card the same day you place your order for the full amount.

Understandable....  solves the problem on thier end ...of impulse or canceled orders on customs.

EPS has really good stuff.... but I'd perfer to use guys on this BB

It would be more understandable if they billed the card when they actually started the project and not 6 weeks before.
