I recently decided to make a Josey Wales belt, but, the price of the buckle was a bit steep for my blood. Found a style that is pretty easily modified to look very close.

Hi Guys...


Just as a point of information there is a company in VA. that does fantastic period correct repros of brass buckles...check
Hanover Brass.  Most of the buckles are made from casting of original buckles...alot of which were finds on battlefileds.
