I recently purchased a "new" Colt Army 1860 signature series revolver and would like to find a source to purchase an extra cylinder.  Not looking for a conversion, just an extra black powder cylinder.  Any help would be appreciated.    Thanks.   :)

The signature series is just a Uberti in a nicer box.  In addition to VTI Brownels carries parts.

So, the cylinders are interchangable with the Uberti?

An Uberti cylinder will also fit an original 1st gen Colt, at least the Navy does....Flint

How about that... your comment had me try my one of 2nd Gen 1860's on my original 1st Gen Colt Circa 1862.

Here is the kicker not only did it fit ,where the original has slight timing issue ( I think the hand is worn a tad short ) or maybe it's the star that's worn  :-\)
anyway one has to cock with authotity and it's OK.... with the 2 Gen lockup is ....well much better...
