Sorry I'm a little late postin' this, but I'm still recoverin'.
We had Roop County Days, our annual 2 day (which turns into 4 day, 3 night campout), over the weekend.
As Editor, I am the official scorekeeper.  This means I get to be the official stage tester too, and got to shoot the entire 10-stage match on Friday morning.  Right behind me, some of the stages were used for side matches, including Plainsman, Wild (Mild) Bunch, and Speed everything.  Those shooting the sides, were allowed to take a brief rest during the afternoon as the Roop County Dust Abatement Program was initiated (a series of rain showers came though the valley).  That night while the Washoe Zephyr blow dryer tried to make sure we weren't goin' to have no mud the next day, we all gathered to partake of an impromptu pot luck in the nice framed building on our part of the range.  This was followed by poker, faro and libations at the Roop County Dead Dog Saloon.
Over night the Roop County Dust Abatement Program went berserk, and rained steady most of the night.  (Guess who left the window on his faithful stead open all night, and gave it an interior wash.) Even had snow on the surrounding mountains down to about 6500 ft.  The range is about 5000 ft.
As anyone in Northern Nevada knows, this time of year water doesn't like to hang around, so by the time we were shooting, things were damp but not muddy.  After everyone shot 8 of the 10 stages we relaxed, had our club sponsored dinner, then repeated the previous evening at the Dead Dog Saloon.
Sunday everyone finished the main stages and got together for the awards.  All in all everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves, so I would say I had a great time shootin' last weekend!

All I did was name it 'n get it started. The posse made it great. A debt I can never repay. Thank you, mi amigos.

Dagnabbit, Arcey, that was a P on the sheet?? It looked like a brain fade on the scorekeeper's part, I thought the person wrote down 1 Miss and gave you ten seconds for it! Now I gotta go fix the results!!

<Bolts off to fix it>

Oh yeah, I shot at Black Creek, too!

:D
Update: I corrected the sheet. The extra five seconds didn't change the overall results any. WHEW!!
