I got my 58 out this weekend and one of the nipples fell out of the cylinder cap.  I was standing there with my jaw hanging open and then I had to get down on the floor to find it; which I did thankfully.  I have googled them and can't seem to find the contact information for them.  Does anyone have experience dealing with them and have good contact info?  I have had this thing for at least 10 years with no problems.

Thank you Hedley sir.  I have been out of touch so long to see that they have changed names.

General Sir

They can indeed loosen, I've not had the issue myself as I made a U shape driver to snug them when cleaning,
I believe the Smith Shop carries them I know he makes the Firing pin inside ,
Taylors and I think Midway also have them or should.
when planets align...do the deal !

Thank you Major.  I was thinking something along those lines while I studied it.  It looks to me that it just needs to be set back inside by some minor tool work.
