Will the Cattleman birdshead grip frame fit on the Hombre revolver?
I will no longer respond to the rants of the small minded that want to sling mud rather than discuss in an adult manner.

I understand that the frames match. You can e-mail Uberti and ask'm. I've done business over the net with'm before. I got the E-mail address off the Uberti web page.
Yes, I do have more facial hair now.

The frame end of the opertation should not be a problem. It looks like they will match up there. I'm really concerned about where the backstrap attaches to the trigger guard frame. I went to the Numrich site and lookedover the parts list only one trigger guard frame for the cattleman and two backstraps, one standard and one birdshead. I'm guessing from that, that the two backstraps are interchangeable. The other question that I have is does anyone make the birdshead grips for the cattleman? Numrich is asking $227 for them  :o

At http://www.vtigunparts.com/store/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=23&cat=Uberti+1873+Cattleman+SAA+and+Target they have the birds beak backstrap listed for $70 or the Grip Assembly for $172 but I'm not sure if that includes. You should perhaps drop them an email as I've always had good luck with them.
