Ordered a conversion cylinder for my 1858 Remmy and some practice ammo today.  Now I have to get busy on a holster for it.  Looking forward to the National shoot.

rowdy i'll clean yours to start with and see how many takers i have.there is a pond near by all i will need is long wire to tie around the trigger guard and swish it around some.jefff

Well Lets See,
A couple of years ago when I shot this at the Nationals at West Side I really enjoyed it.  We only gave away three places deep and I came in fourth.  I used J D guns for one stage, and one of his and one of Texas Jack's for another and then two of Texas Jack's for the final stage.  J D and Texas Jack cleaned the guns.  I thought I should have gotten honorable mention for fourth place, after all I did beat Irish Dave. I haven't seen much on the rules for this match.  So, any 45 Colt single action?  Any barrel length (I have a dandy 12" gun)?  How many rounds are to be fired?  How many targets and distance?
