Hornady Scale Calibration

Howdy,

Seeking help to calibrate my brand new Hornady Lock N Load scale.

After following directions (warm up etc.) I keep getting ERROR reading after I place the 10g test weight on the plate.  Instruction sheet on this product is minimal.  I'll try to call Hornary on Tuesday but I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who can point me to help.

Are the batteries good?  MY scale (different brand) gives errors when the batteries are on their way out.
