Got My First P today

Thanks for the congrats!  It really was a very, very hot weekend!  I had a blast - figuratively and literally!  Annie looked her usual superb self - I love your outfits - someone to emulate, for sure!  Little does anyone know but when I started cowboy about a year ago, I had two females to look up to and that was Wichita Wanda and Annie Lee!  Wanda is my adoptive mother and my mentor.  She's a real class act - how many people can get locked in an outhouse and still show love to the person who did it to her?  Annie was shooting duelist back then and was kicking some serious butt and was awesome!  I had to watch her in awe. 

Annie, I shot those stars with my SXS.  Doc Cavity was my timer and it was seriously raining.  Water running through my hat, down my face (glad I didn't wear my mascara!) and in my eyes.  It took me 91.27 seconds.  I started running out of rounds in my belt and Dco said, "Your almost out of rounds."  I said, "Oh no I'm not, I got some right here in my bra!"  And I commenced to pulling shells.  Hey, they said they had to be on your person and I figured that was about as on your person as you could get!  It was still loads of fun and I was bound and determined not to give up! 

It was a good weekend - great times with great people!  I look forward to doing it all again next year!
