I was hoping to post pics of these all done but after receiving my leather today to put on the back side, i.e. holes, grooves, channels, blow thru's,  looks like I'll have to wait another month for WC to send me a new one.  :(
Or month and a half.  ::)
Who know's if I'll ever get leather to finish these........

Here's a belt I made last night. Not done yet. Needs some sort of edge coating but I have no clue what to use. And the thigh strap awaiting a 1" center bar roller buckle.
The pouches use two rubber washers and a large Chicago Screw.

The pouches " Bianchi #30"  and Holster are all vintage 1978   Bianchi #45H from my old IPSC shooting days.

Thanks TW.   The belt came out to 5/16" thick   just as planed on to support a 1911 and 100 rounds of 230 grain ball ammo.

Order got reversed. Oh well. The back side was blow ou so bad I could have used it for a car chamois.

Boy, you sure are a careful worker, what with the wooden forms to lay-out the belt loop holes. Much more so than me, I usually just kinda eyeball it! I am kind confused on the holster though. Why make a speed rig and then put a hammer tie down on it? Seems somewhat counter-productive to me.

Thanks Bob.  ;D I space the holes with dividers as I go and the index the machine square off the bottom of the jig. I have also machined a flat on one side of the Bag Punch. I can do a whole run of 36 holes in less than 10 minutes. Might want to add the jig is held in place by 6 ball end straight pins.

Good method Duke, looks like it would really cut your work time down and increase your profit by being more cost effective time wise, thanks for sharing, your belts look great and the alignment of the bullet loops is right on.

Very fine beltsw, Duke. I like your way of lining up the punch for the slots. Very good idea. Thanks for the pics.
