Did it again . . .

Went to the Shiloh website and ordered one of their available in stock rifles this morning. #3 Sporter in 45-90 w/ hvy oct barrel, semi-fancy wood, pewter tip and traditional steel shotgun buttplate. Primary use for it will be as a hunting rifle, so will not be putting tang sight on it . . . at least not in the near future. Now need to get the brass on the way so I can shoot it . . .

It will probably ship on Monday and be in my grubby hands by the end of the week. Beats the tar out of the 4 yr-10 mo-20 day wait for my first Shiloh Hartford 45-70.

Ordered it on Friday, Shiloh shipped it Monday, got to my FFL on Wednesday and it showed up at my house last night (my FFL guy delivered it to my door . . . now that is service) so here are a couple of pics . . .
