Just recieved a beautiful pair of officer trousers (Staff) from Leta B. at Coon Creek.   Greatly appreciated the emails we exchanged after the order to verify measurements and to ask if I needed a bit extra here and there.   Wonderful service, recived them in 12 days, first stitch to delivery!

Highly reccomended!
Civilize them with a Krag . . .

Leta and Buck are the BEST!  Most of my uniforms have a Leta B. tag in them.  They are like extended famiily to me.

Got my infantry pants, wool and denim from them,
My 84 canvas fatigue with proper blue stripe,
Leta put the braid, made buttonholes added a few buttons to transform someone elses civil war field grade frock coat to a company grade frock coat.
Buck squared me away with my 4 stripe dress belt and 81 helmet.  I am sure Leta handled the detail of including white gloves for the dress uniform.  They made up my 6th Infantry Captains shoulder Paddles for the IW Era as well.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Had I read the note she supplied with my slouch hat, I would not have had to call her to ask the question she answered in the note.
She was kind enough to return my call with the answer, without directing my attention to her note I had failed to read.

Scout, my goal is to finish higher than you in the uniform competition one day.

Hi! Just registered, I am trying to order from Coon Creek after all the glowing reviews but I have not heard anything from them: at all. I placed an order for a 1874 blouse in early October and have not heard a word from them. I am just wondering if anybody knows if something is wrong? It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard a word...I do hope everything is alright. Anybody know what's going on?

Thanks!

You know, that makes an awful lot of sense. Thanks!

( I didn't even think of that possibility... it's been one of those months!)

Did you order online? I never did it that way, I always called.

That's basically how I found out they were on the road.  Did my usual email thing and did not receive an answer in a day or two.  Kinda went into a comma and called.  Leta called back 18 Oct and told me she was on the road.n  they were in Wisconsin.

Pretty sure she will catch up quick when she gets back to the Old Pueblo (Tucson for those of you not from AZ)

I haven't heard yet, but I did the exact same thing Capt. Dan did. Ordered online, called. I'll just be patient!

Just an update: Leta called, they're back and I should have my blouse by next week. Plus rank straps. Awesome!

Got it. Worth every penny. I am in love with this thing. Seriously, Coon Creek is highly recommended.

Good for you!!  Sure mine will look even better what with the proper blue background on the shoulder straps :-)
