Ladies & Gentlemen....this is Debby Coltrain with WCAS News. It appears that a war has been declared in the No Topic Thread...right here ins CAS City!  It has not been determined why this war has been declared, but Birdgun Quail has called in a forward observer and Derby Younger has rolled out the cannons.  Apparently the others participating in this thread are remaining neutral for the moment and it is anyone's guess as to which side they will choose....that is....if they choose to take a side.  My field reporters are working on this story.  Please stay tuned for further developments
