For those of you that know me, I have always found that I liked the clothing for NCOWS much better than I did the shooting end of it. However" HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS", I will be shootin at a three gun shoot in September with friends of mine from the Palmer Creek, used to be a possee of NCOWS. I haven't shot anything for the past 4 years, due to Steve's illness and passing. It's time and I am back to have some fun again.

Kayleen, we've met but don't know each other.  However, if you are back shooting, then that gives me hope that you'll be back  in other ways as well.  I say the more, the merrier ... and welcome back!

Well folks, the 3 gun shoot is over. Yes I finished, no I didnot do great but after at least five years of not shooting, I didn't do terrible either. I had FUN and that to me is the best part of the entire shoot thing.
Where else do we go and meet people with many of the same interests. I can honestly say, I have many friends from coast to coast through this sport. I look forward to meeting some of you that I have never met and others that I have know for a very long time.
You never know where I will show up. After all Kelley and I made it out to one of the Train robbery reenactments a few years back without anyone knowing that we were traveling there.
Thanks everyone for the encouragement.

Kayleen, good to hear from you again!  Congrats on being able to attend the match & finish, too...you had a good time, and that is the most important thing.

Someday I'd like to try a 3-gun myself......after I get back in shape.
