After months of reasearch i finally got to shoot my 1860 spencer carbine.  it hasnt been easy or cheap but with the job done it has been worth it to have a working piece of history in your hands. just a thank you to all sss members for your help and if anyone has questions for the 56-56 originals i would be glad to help i know the 56-56 info is a lot harder to come by then the 56-50 so thanks again everyone :)
