Joec, The way things have worked out this one in March and one in July will be it. Unless I can get someone to hold the fifth Saturday in Sept. As I can not be there for that one. But come any second Saturday as the SASS group let us shoot working cowboy. Tj

I don't own a 22 so will probably skip that meet at JCR and join your group for that if I can't make it for the other two meets.

Joec, I sure am disappointed that we didn't get a chance to meet.  You probably came by my table but I didn't know you.

Maybe next year.

Actually Will I got there just in time to go to work taking admission at 10 AM to 1 PM. I had to pick up a holster that Cliff made for me as well as a complete reloading setup including two presses I got from another memeber of JCR. I did walk around and look at all of the booths only buying a grip for one of my guns and was gone by 3 PM. My wife kept my spending on a tight leash. We had to shut down the business for the day and had to get back to post the days mail. Perhaps I will make the Nationals when I will have more time to spend. If we do we will do stay taking a mini vacation.  ;D

DEadeye Dick, as said Brother James (Texas Lawdog) we want YOU!

JoeC, I think we met at the welcome table but I didn't get your name then.  I'm VERY sorry that I missed meeting up with you and all the rest of the CAS City Netizens who were there, but I missed meeting!

I saw you go by Bailey but had others I was taking care of at the time. I'm sure we will meet up again eventually. I saw a few people that I thought I recognized from their avatar but eye sometimes lies to me. For those that saw me I have a patch on my left eye.  ;)

SHB,
Thanks, I am going to try to make the National Convention next year. If I do, we can do it then.

JoeC, I remember your eye-patch!  We'll talk sometime!!

Deadeye Dick, you betcha, Brother!  I was raised at last year's (2011) National Shoot.  I've only been a MM about 1.5 years now, so I'm still "learning" ... which never stops.  I got interested and BEGAN the process while I was stationed in Germany (U.S. Army, 11th Cav. "Border Guard/SpeedBump" 1983-1990) but I never got beyond the "interview" before I was rotated to Ft. Riley and then off to "the Big Sandbox" for Desert Storm, Dec.'90-May.'91.

The badge is a "Looker" ... and I'm not normally a Badge-aholic like many collectors!  But it is SPECIAL!

SHB, It was a special honor to attend the Ranger's meeting with you. We talked about you becoming a Mason at the 2010 NCOWS SW Regional. I hope I had a little influence on your decision to become one.

SHB and TL,
Will tentatively plan to do it at the next convention. SHB, I would say #105 was very appropriate for you.

Indeed!  I was lucky enough to be member "number something-or-other," but was close enough to 105 that Trap allowed me to "grab" #105 for my own amazement & amusement!

A few more pictures from the convention. You can see my whole gallery of photos  on JCRs website at http://www.jcrangers.com/Conv2012.htm and my portrait gallery at http://www.jcrangers.com/portrait.htm

I had a great time. I hope to see you all next year!
