Where do you guys get belt keeper staples?

Same here.   Cut to length & sew inside out off the belt.  A couple of stitches with good thread and a bit of glue on the knot and they have never come apart on me.

I make them so that the two ens overlap - skive both ends, cement them together and then block them - never had one come apart yet.......
